Groomsmen Gifts: What To Do In A Pinch

It's hard to imagine(but maybe not that hard) the number of grooms who don't buy their groomsmen gifts until the last second. At Groomsday, we see it happen every week. Guys asking for rush orders because their wedding is that weekend. Most times we fulfill these types of orders, but it's usually cutting it very close and sometimes it's too late.

If you are in a pinch and buying last minute gifts, we can help, in most cases. The best thing to do is call Groomsday's direct line at 781-475-9828 to make sure we can fulfill the order in time. Sometimes we will put a 'rush' on an order to get it shipped quickly. Other times, we'll help figure what the best shipping option is - 2nd Day, Next Day, or simply Ground. Just as a word of advice, if you're a groom, try to order your gifts at least 2 weeks in advance. That leaves you more room for error, in case you need it.

Everyone have their pocket flasks filled and ready?

It may not be possible for some grooms to make it to the alter completely sober. If that's the case, you may want to grab one to help decrease your stress levels. Preparation is the key to life! You can get one at pocket flask at Groomsday.com, if needed.

Groomsmen Gifts: A typical scenario, one week before a wedding

Monday: Bride asks Groom if he's purchased the gifts for his best man, groomsmen, wedding party, etc., etc., for the rehearsal dinner on Thursday, which precedes the wedding on Saturday. Groom replies with a blank stare, "What gifts?". Bride's heart skips a beat and contemplates hurling the closest sharp object she can find at Groom. Bride composes herself and gives brief lecture on wedding etiquette. Then proceeds to tell Groom to have the gifts there by Thursday and walks away. Groom, is left standing there with an even more puzzled look, asking himself "what just happened?", but more importantly, "where the hell do I get groomsmen gifts...and in three days?". The answer to that question, Groom, is at Groomsday.com. Good luck, my boy!
